Yup! The truth is the Demmys base their 90% number on this poll question:

37. If a young drug addict was to hold a gun to your head while robbing you, would you like it better, in that moment, if he had no access to a gun?

90% of polled people said yes...

Getting the statistics you like is all about asking the questions right. Getting Americans to surrender their rights to big goverment is a different matter all togeather.
