I just saw this on Hickok45's YouTube channel and I thought I would share it with those of you who may not have seen it...This is a 1911 made entirely out of wood. With moving parts and correct internals. The company that makes these is Wood Caliber, based here in my home state of Michigan. Not only do they make these unique collectors items, but some very nice 1911 grips. I guarantee its worth a couple minutes to check this out. I was amazed.

That's almost as good as Bawanna's grips.

Sorta reminds me of one of Vickie's Christmas presents to me . It's a mahogany model of the F-4 I flew for the Navy.

I crewed USAF F-4C, F-4D and Reece models back in the day. For maintenance it was a bear to keep flying but you gotta love the old bent wing. The Filipinos make some highly detailed wooden scale models over there...like museum quality. I'm sure they could make a B model with Navy squadron tailflash like your old jet if you looked into it.
