I would like to change out my plastic mag catch on my PM40 and replace it with the metal catch. Has anyone here done this themselves? If so, please share instructions. Thanks in advance!!

I believe you can google up how to do that even. It is a no brainer. might take 5 minutes. easier to watch being done than trying to put it in words IMO. try googling up something lkke Kahr Magazine catch replacement...Unless yor PM40 is more than a few eyars old, it should have a metal mag catch in it..

any chance of this being a sticky, as it does seem this is one area that seems to be replaced more often than not and this is the best repair photos that I have seen. Even Bawanna can do it with these instruction.
just a suggestion

I don't know man, if it dont involve a hack saw and a good size hammer I'm pretty challenged at this rocket science stuff.
Does look very similar or exactly like how a glock comes apart. For some reason I was thinking they were like a 1911, little screw quarter turn and out she comes. Glad I didn't write that in the wee hours of the night, it would have been a bold face lie and I'd lose my Missouri citizenship.
