Good News on Gun Violence Could Shape Gun Control Debate
Gun violence in America is way down.
So says the federal government less than a month after President Obama’s
push to tighten background checks failed to pass in the Senate.
Firearm homicides have declined 39 percent since 1993,
according to a Bureau of Justice Statistics report released on May 7.
A separate study by the Pew Research Center put the decline
at an even more impressive 49 percent.
Nonfatal gun crime also dropped over two decades—
by an eye-opening 69 percent, according to the government.

The media in general, and the Obummer administration,
continues to paint a false picture of gun violence in America.
Multiple reputable polls seem to that indicate that most Americans believe it.
But undisputed national level data clearly paints a very different picture.
Now that the shameless parading of children on national TV has ended.
And the knee jerk emotional reactions are dying down.
Folks are starting to really look at this whole debate in earnest.
And seeing that - "The emperor has no clothes".

NYC wants to vote that all residents, not citzens can vote in their elections... That's what Chuck "the Scmuck" Shumer will try to pull off if the Gang of 8 plan goes thru!
