I have a CW and I have been considering adding Night Sights to it.
What do you all have/recommend? And what do you thing is the best means of upgrade, install yourself or have someone professionally install them?
Thanks for any ideas!

Trijicon, dawson's are the most popular... Trijicon screws on the front and I believe dawsons is staked like the factory plastic sight. Rear sight needs to be done by a pro front sight is a breeze and there are threads on here showing you how. Good luck
I was considering night sights but just ordered a Crimson Trace for my CW9. I put a CT on my wife's wheelgun and I was surprised at how it works in daylight, too, and has helped her improve her shot patterns (eyes getting old sucks...).

My preference is XS Sight Systems Big Dot sights. Unfortunately, CW and CM models require gunsmith services to properly fit them.

Thanks for all the great suggestions! I think that I am going to go with the Trijicon's.. That is if I can find them. But then again, I haven't looked really hard!

I ordered the front night sight from Kahr and did the install myself. I wanted XS bigdots but after checking with them the cost is close to 100 bucks to have them install them, I will pass.

Update. Just got an email from XS, CW sites 120.00, installation 40.00, shipping 11.00. For what I pay for CWs that is close to half of another pistol. I know I will pass on big dots and be happy with what Kahr offers for the front nite site. If I must have Bigdots I will have the dovetail milled in the front and be done with it.

I've been thinking about the Trijicon front for my CM9. Now.. To do it myself or to have Kahr do it?? THat is the question.

I put the Trijicon front sight on my CW9 in all of five minutes [maybe less]. It's pretty simple.
Break the plastic sight off with a pair of pliers. Make sure all debri is removed from the two holes. Put a little Blue Locktite in the threaded part of new sight and insert prongs into holes. Place screw into threads and tighten, [don't over tighten or you will break the screw head off]. Let the Locktite set up for 24 hours and you're good to go.

what sharpetop says is the way to go. many think they need to have that back side with it to and basically that is not needed. A good front nighgt sight is all u need. U will be deadand buried if u think at night ur gonna line the back night sight up with the front night sight and take out the BG. SEE the front sight and ur good to go. To me that is a nice thing about the kahr c series guns. a novice can change that front sight. It has seemed to work for many years with glocks and IMO it makes the front part of the slide alot cleaner looking to. Just my 21 cents on this.
Heh guys and fathers to married women and even fathers who have 21 kids by 12 different gals. HAPPY FATHERS DAY

I have found that my PM9 Novak night sights have an interesting problem. In close range combat shooting, it's all about the front sight. Well my rear sights are so bright that it can be hard to pick up the front sight in the dark. On the plus side, they make it easy to see my gun on my night stand.

Going to order front Trijicon from Kahr $30 and install myself. Same as Glock front sight except Kahr uses 2 screws and Glock uses 1. Add a dab of blue(Not Red)Loctite on each screw thread. Be careful when breaking front sight are you will slip and scratch slide, just use needle nose pliers and gently twist a little to left and right and plastic tabs break right off. Use a small wood dowel or something not metal that can scratch slide to push plastic tabs out of slide sight mounting cut outs.
