and we are suppose to believe that some mid to upper level management did this without the whitehouse or its minions knowing anything about it. They risk their careers to push their own personal politics and hassle conservative groups...or better yet that it wasn't political in nature in the first place. They just chose some random words from the dictionary and used them to generate the targets for review.
