Factory new in box. Bought this a week ago, have not fired a single round through it. I feel it is too heavy for pocket carry, so I'm going with a P380 instead.

Location : TX (need to add 8.25% sales tax if sold to TX buyer)
Price : $650 + $20 for shipping
Payment : Cashier's Check or Money Order

Yep. I'm not running ads on TV :D, so who knows...it may be here for a while. SOMEONE will want it...especially since they're out of stock pretty much everywhere.

Hey, if all else fails, I heard Arizona police will give you a $100 grocery store gift card for it! :p

Ha. I'll gladly keep it! :)

Two questions. First will you take $600 and second does the gun have to ship to local gun store?

No sorry...I paid significantly more than that for this gun two weeks ago. Given that it is out of stock everywhere, I'm comfortable waiting for a buyer that is happy to pay the $650...which is a very reasonable price.

As for shipping... I am pretty sure it would be legal to use my local FFL dealer for transfer of registration, and have him ship directly to the buyer. I can check with him to make sure that would be kosher from a legal perspective. He charges $25 for transfer of registration.

Yeah if you don't mind to check and see about the transfer.

Not gonna happen! Has to go FFL to FFL unless your local to one another.

The receiving FFL will no doubt charge a transfer fee on the receiving end, only fair for the paperwork usually. Some try to gouge a bit though.

Can't be shipped to a private individual no way, no how.

@Bawanna: You are totally correct... my bad. Called my FFL, and the deal is (assuming it is not a local sale):

1. The buyer MUST have an FFL.
2. The private seller sends the gun to the buyer's FFL.
3. The buyer picks up the gun in person from the FFL. The buyer's FFL transfers the registration, and will usually charge a transfer fee.
4. If the buyer's FFL does NOT accept shipments from a private seller, the seller can have a local FFL ship it to the buyer's FFL.

So...you need an FFL, and you would need to ask them a) if they accept shipments from a private seller and b) what they charge you for the license transfer.

For this WTS offer, I would actually prefer that my local FFL holder sends the gun to your FFL holder of choice.

And DON'T go to a LGS for FFL services. Many of them resent that you didn't buy the gun from them, and almost all of them charge too much. (They also charge too much for gunsmithing services, sometimes doubling what an independent gunsmith charged them for the work. Find your own independent gunsmith. And don't ask the LGS to recommend one. They won't tell you.) Many online gun retailers have a FFL finder accessible on their websites. Find one that doesn't have a gun store or pawn shop, is close to you and charges $20 for transfers. Mine is a businessman who owns a Radio Shack and a jewelry store, is a UPS shipping facilitator and does the FFL business in his spare time. He is 1/4 mile from me.

+1 jfootin.

Definitely shop around for an ffl. I've found a wide range. Don't they know I use that as a gauge for whether or not I use them for other stuff? Quote me too much for an ffl transfer and you'll never see me again... one guy told me $75. No reason to think he'd give me a fair deal on a gun either...

In the mean time...the gun is still for sale :-)

Given that I prefer to ship from FFL to FFL it can ship via USPS, so I lowered shipping fees to $20.

Still for sale. Note that a buyer in TX will have to also pay 8.25% sales tax. Not applicable to any buyer out of state.
