I run exclusively IWB - and I'm a lefty. So, I usually make my own kydex holsters. I hate the long wait times of purchasing, and since I'm a lefty it's usually custom or not in stock. There are some great tutorials on YouTube. That way you can get it just like you want, and have fun doing it. The other benefit is accommodating your crimson trace.
With that said, I have tons of holsters I've purchased - and am actually looking at a PJ on sale here. I'm a fan of Raven and Sharktac - but, with all the positive reviews on KahrTalk, I wanted to try PJ.
Holsters are a very personal thing. What one person likes, another will hate. You have to find the right balance between comfort, concealment, and access. That may sound easy, but it's not. What's comfortable, may compromise access or concealment, and vise versa.
Good luck, and don't compromise.

I've been using a Desantis Nemisis up until I purchased a Crimson Trace LG-437h, that comes with a Tuff Products JR-ROO Pocket holster. I liked the Nemisis, but I like the JR-ROO better. The JR-ROO Pocket holster is made of a tougher material and stays open, allowing for easier insertion of the CM9. Other than that they're almost identical in appearance, function, and price. The JR-ROO Pocket holster is made to accommodate a CM9 with CT.
This is the only holster I am using for the CM9 at this point. I normally carry it in my right front pocket, and move it to a IWB crossdraw position when I'm driving.

Don't pocket carry as I no longer have my PM9. But my favorite IWB is the Remora, particularly for a Kahr. Just works well. I even carry my CZ in the Remora from time to time.

I have a CT on my CM9, too. I don't often pocket carry, but I have a deSantis SuperFly for when I do. Normally, I carry on my belt in a Pro Carry Belt Ride from theholsterstore.net, which I have for each of my guns.

For IWB, I and many others here will tell you that the PJ IWB Holster (http://pjholster.com/?page_id=37) is hands down the best with the CM9. I prefer the linked one with over-the-belt clip and 15° cant. I put it at 8:00 (lefty) and, I'm serious, it is so comfortable all day long that I cannot feel it there at all, even when I'm moving around! I have to reach back there and touch the gun every now and then to reaffirm I am packing!
For the pocket, I have tried leather, kydex and nylon holsters and I like the Stays-Put Ultra Pocket Holster (http://www.concealmentspecialties.com/products.html) the best. It is made of specially treated microfiber with a smooth nylon liner for a smooth draw. And it STAYS PUT just like the name implies! Just $14.95 shipped.
Both of these holsters are available for the CM9 with CT laserguard.

hehe...JFootin and I are the flip sides of the same broken record. I can always count on him to chime in w/ PJ+StaysPut before or after I chime in w/ Remora. It's almost scary! :)

Plus one on the Stays Put Pocket holster. It replaced DeSantis for me. It is closed on the bottom which really helps in keeping pocket lint and junk out of the pistol. I have the CT and it is the best.

I'll tell you something else great about the Stays-Put holster: it works wonderfully in the appendix carry position. I have 3 of them for my CM9, my J frame and my TCP 380, and they all ride comfortably all day long in the 10:00-11:00 position (I'm a lefty). And as long as you use a good belt that is cinched up snugly, they STAY PUT! I carry mine riding low with a reverse cant and the front edge of the grip partially tucked to keep it snugged in close to my body. The gun stays put, yet it is effortless to draw. And even though the holster is soft, I can easily reholster the gun.
I have a middle aged spread, so my belly expands above the gun making an untucked shirt or T-shirt drape over it without printing. Sometimes, though, I'll mount my cell phone in a case on my belt just behind the gun grip so that it is the only thing that will print no matter what. I can easily retrieve my phone without revealing the gun. It is a normal place for a cell phone case to be and it frees up a pocket. I have a flip-phone and the leather case sits horizontally with two leather belt loops on the ends. (It also had a metal clip in the middle, which I removed.)
All that usefulness in a $15 holster! And it is well made and durable! :)

I took JFootin's advice & bought a Stays-Put for CT. I really like it for the pocket and for the AIWB 1 o'clock position. When you put the handle over the belt like he suggests, it stays put & is very easy to pull out. And like he said, for $15 you can't beat it. I would start there & then move on to more expensive things if you don't like it.

Just ordered a Stays-Put as well. Hope I like it as much as Jfootin does!

Sound like a few likes for the Stays-Put Ultra Pocket Holster. Has anyone been using the jeans model with the mag holder? It looks like just a Velcro strap? If not used with a mag it looks like it might be a good place to secure a knife.

No. I clip my EDC knife at the back of my right front jeans pocket.

Remora vs Stays-Put. Anyone own or used both? What are your thoughts?

I like the Desantis Super Fly [they stay put when remoing weapon better than most and good concealment] for pocket carry......but normally for me it is using a good leather i.w.b. that conforms better to your body than any Kydex model will. For me it is maximum concealability when carrying.

I just had my first range trip with my CM9 and it was a success so I'm ready to start carrying it. I don't have an IWB yet. I am looking at a Garret Silent Thunder as well as a PJ. For pocket carry, I have a Kramer leather and an Alabama Kydex. I really like the Kramer with cargo shorts/pants. It is pricey though. The Alabma works in most pockets. I really like the thumb release on it. Fist has a similar one to the Alabama.

Actually, I just purchased a SIlent Thunder IWB from a felow KahrTalk member. Hopefully it'll be the solution for me for my CM9 IWB option. I'll let you know how I like it once I get it & have a chance to carry it.
