I've been having to use my PM-40 as a blank to make leather and kydex holsters for my son and I and want to make several so I can sell them at the next gun show. The only problem is that my Kahr is out of commission while I'm making the holsters and not strapped on my side, and it would simplify things if I could find a blue gun, but evidentally, no one makes any.
Does anyone know where I can find one for shure? I've tried to make molds using air dry clay and pour in plaster of paris for the blanks but the clay shrinks and distorts no matter what I do. Any help would be appreciated.:)

I would prefer the "dummie gun" be of pewter for holster making, especially if the leather is to be boned to the gun for proper fit and retention.
