Welcome to the forum. Let's address what your concerns are:
Don't worry about what appears the be black polymer "frame rails". They don't support anything and only serve as a guide for installing the slide. What the slide uses is at the rear and front of the frame. What you are seeing is normal. Smooth it out and the back portion that bothers you also. It's not a problem
Did you take it to the range yet and shoot it? How did it work if you did? If you haven't been yet, Give a light cleaning to the gun and oil it good before going and then shoot it like you stole it. It will be fine.
You have bought one of the smallest and most reliable 9mm's on the market. It will be fine.
I've noticed a tendancy for a burr to be left from the machinging of the disconnector cut in the slides right side. This normally does not rub anything while firing, but does sometimes snag the poly on disassembly.
Check your slide and you can smooth any sharp edge there with one of those ladies nail board things.

Post your pics to tinypic.com and then post the forum link here. Your pics will then show up on your reply.

Clean up the plastic debris from the plastic rails and they well or all ready have stopped wearing by now. There only there to add support to the frame , not for the slide to run on and to help use get the slide back on the frame. Note that your slide runs on the two small rails at the rear of the frame and the two metal insert pieces down where the recoil spring is at.

ok thats no big deal.
top one, clean it up with an emory board while you have the slide off... the fit is not always the best... you got a little wearing in, its no biggie... just clean it up
bottom one appears to be the rough spot or burr at the half moon cutout for the disconnector. diito, just clean up the slide where its got a little burr at that spot and you'll be good to go
those rails are there to aid in dust/dirt not getting into the works, and to guide the slide onto the frame during assembly, almost all polymer Kahr pistols have some wear there initially

My opinion, you do have a problem. Send the gun back to Kahr. They need to see whats going on. The rear of the slide looks like hell. It is not right.
The complaint is legitimate, I wouldn't accept it either.

Hardly 100000, but I understand your concern. The wear on the poly rails while noticeable is of no real concern. It could have happened during firing or when you removed/replaced the slide. If it was during firing is will reach a certain point and stop. If it happened during removal /installation of the slide, you just need to use a little more care when performing that operation. Now, I say it's of no real concern, because, as others have said, the poly rails serve no function other than to help guide the slide onto the metal rails at the rear of the pistol and in the dust cover (see Mythbusting the "no steel insert" polymer Kahr frame rails (http://glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=765313)). You could cut the poly rails off the frame with no ill effect to operation of the firearm once it is assembled correctly.
As to the rear of the frame, that is unsightly. We've seen this to varying degrees on poly frame Kahrs (two of mine have it, but not to the degree of yours). This is usually just a cosmetic issue, but could indicate a problem with the slide, rail insert, or ejector. I would urge you to contact Kahr about yours (send photos).
Good luck with your Glock or M&P; they are generally good guns and maybe someday one of the two companies will make a 9mm or .40 cal pistol as small as the CM/PM series Kahr (S&W is close, but not there with the Shield. Glock's not a player).

Greg

Before you decide to sell, have you seen this thread?
New CW45 and flaw in rear frame insert??? (http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?t=19144)
we`re talking about cw45`s there of course, not cm9`s, but i think we`re seeing similar wear in that area.
In my very humble opinion, not being an expert by any stretch, i would give it another try.
after doing the clean up as suggested
send 20 rounds down range and look at it closely, if you don`t see any significant changes in the wear pattern, do another 20 etc.
`course if you`re _ell bent on selling, can we talk price?
Ps: if it`s actually worse than what i can see in the pictures, then by all means contact kahr.

Sorry. Just a little frustrated with posts like these (not picking on you specifically OP). OP posts a question. Gets several concerned and helpful responses. Then replies "no thanks selling this gun". Why did you post to begin with? It's your gun. Do what you want. If you genuinely want help, you are in the right place. If not...?

I have owned a lot of guns over alot of years and have never had any issues like this, for everyone to say its normal for deep gouges and deformation of parts worrys me sorry this does not seem "normal" and I don't want any part of it, get as mad or upset as you wish if I'm going to carry a weapon to potentially save my life I will not accept this
you can't apply what you think other guns design criteria should be to the kahr pistol design

You seem to be the only one mad or upset here over nothing.
