slide doesn't go back on easy on my CM9

I have had my CM9 for just over a week and really haven't had any issues except this one. When I watch videos of putting the gun back together it seems everyone slides the slide on rather easily. When I do it half the time it catches and I have to work it a few times before it goes back far enough to put the slide catch in.

Today it won't go back on at all. it goes back to about normal position and then no further. I shouldn't have to force it but I can't see what I am doing wrong. Any help please? thanks

Ok, I think I figured it out. It is possible to put the barrel in and it not seat all the way down so it was hitting something and wouldn't allow it to go back but so far. Once I seated it all the way down the slide went back on with no problem.

check to se ewhen the slide is going on thatit is not hitting the ejector, sometimes it willdo that andhang up. U can push down on the ejector a tad.It seems ur figuring it out OK,so u know it has to go back on so if it doesn't see what u might have done wrong to cause that.
