OK, so I posted before about how I shoot nice groups, but aim for the head hit the throat etc.
So I invested in a laser bore sighter - www.sightmark.com
When in battery, the laser points to EXACTLY the same spot as the sights are aligned to.
At the instant of firing, all would be aligned.
When the recoil starts, the barrel RISES to unlock. (rear goes down, front goes up).
So, the only conclusion I can draw is that it MUST be me.
That sucks!
Funny thing is, I had an MK-9 that shot dead center. But I had to get rid of it because I could never cure the PSL problem.
Looks like I will be spending more time at the range.

join the club of "low" shooters. I have beendoin that for over 32K runds out of my PMJ9. For me it is what it is, ai't gonna get better for me it seems. Just lower ur expecatation some, thathelps alot. U can also changeur sight picture to, "see more of the front sight".

It is the ONLY gun I shoot low. Glocks are dead on. Firestar is dead on.
What a PITA.

different guns, grips angle etc. work with it, u will master it. I shoot my G19 10X better than any of my kahrs but my G19 is myt home queen, nuttin more. My PMJ9 is my 24/7 gun. I accet that. Its all in the triggers, the two guns u mentioned have no trigger system like a kahr, as u well know.they might be smooth but IMO nuttin as smooth as a kahr buyt that looooong trigger pull just gets most shooters who expect more

I shot my pm9 low and thought it was the gun too. After much practice it was definitely me. The kahr trigger is not an easy one to master. Keep at it, u will improve.

I went to the range. Strangely the first shot on each mag was dead center, then I start walking it down!
I finally put a target printed on 8.5X11 paper with a bull about the size of a silver dollar and put the first 4 dead center. The fifth was a called flyer (right).
The one thing I do notice, which may have to do with the fact that I wear bifocals, is that aiming high, like at the head on a Q target, does not drop much. But aiming at the Q I tend to walk them down. Might also just be the position of the gun, held higher I drop it less.
Again, what gets me is the the MK9 I gave up on shot dead center. But it was a 9, and I know the stainless version for sure has the Elite trigger, not sure about the CM

shooters to shoot low left, left handed shooters low right. Don't believe me, have a shooting buddy load a snap cap somewhere in your mag. The cap will chamber and go click, not boom and you should see you pushing the gun over just before click. A heavier gun of any kind, especially one with longer sight radius will do this much less than the featherweight Kahr!

As I stated previously, I do not shoot low left. In fact, the Kahr shoots low dead center.

ballistic performance of the 40 over 9, the 40 in this sized, light gun is pretty "squirrely", making the 45 more controllable than the 40! The PM 9, probably CM. too, outsells 40 or 45 version by nearly 20 to 1! I did a db transaction search for Kahr pistols which confirmed this!
No offense to anyone: but haven't sold the first CM, as previous experience on PM seemed to indicate that the PM was worth the price differential....now I'm not so sure?
