Just got my PM-45 about a week ago. Outstanding weapon. Now the fun begins trying to figure out the Holster dilemma. In pocket type is out for me. Was attempting to figure out the in waste band holster would do the trick. I did look at the FoxXholster called the little foxx. I'm leaning toward that one. Does anyone have any experience with that brand holster ? If so does the holster hold the weapon PM-45 snug that it won't inadvertently slip out or while drawing out the weapon that the holster stays on the belt and don't come out with the weapon when drawn. I'm a little paranoid when it comes to security and usage. Most of the time between being in the military and later law enforcement, the service hand gun was exposed and secure to prevent loss, taken during an altercation, or extreme physical activity. Btw the later ain't happening any more or any time soon. I am leaning toward that type holster. Seems like I might have asked a loaded question. :Amflag2:

I just got a FIST IWB ultra thin as another option for my PM45. haven't used it a whole bunch yet but it seems to work well and has potential.
Clips on securely enough a belt really isn't necessary but it's better with a belt.
Doesn't take up any waist real estate at all super thin.
I use my Garrett Silent Thunder periodically and it works well also. I do like the leather lined kydex a lot.

Garrett Silent Thunder seems to fit the bill. Nice choices. Btw interesting grips. Thanx for another selection on IWB. Nothing left but to make a decision.

The very best IWB holster for behind the hip carry is the PJ IWB Holster (http://pjholster.com/?page_id=37). There are so, so many members here that will concur. Paul is a great guy and a real gun lover, and he performs magic with kydex - making the holster incredibly comfortable to where you can't tell it is there whether sitting, standing or moving about. It is like the mass of the gun disappears, becoming one with your body. I carry mine with a 15° cant just behind my hip - the sweet spot. I prefer the one linked above with the over the belt clip. I normally wear the above under a loose shirt.

I am expecting one of those for my PPQ in a couple of days. I'm looking forward to it! :)
You can also try a few rigs from Mitch Rosen, he builds very nice leather and has them for the PM45. One of my favorites is his snap on over the belt holster, easy on off, hugs the body and retention is good.

I looked at Little FoxX. Pretty darn good on the price. Gave it a shot at $39. IWB for the pm45. Not bad at all. Pretty good. Fits and works way better than I expected.
