So, a little about my gun: it is a stock Kahr MK9

Now that I am holding the pistol, etc, I am noticing that the sharp edges are annoying the hell out of my middle finger. I have psoriasis so any kind of rub or rough spot annoys the hell out of my skin (constant annoyance). I was wondering if there was any way to easily get rid of the sharp edge of the frame while not significantly changing the look of the gun. I plan to carry the gun almost daily so not having an irritation every time I pick the gun up would be nice. I have sharpening stones for my knife that I can take to the edge, but I just bought the gun and the frame is an expensive piece of the puzzle.

Worse comes to worse, I will get someone to make a custom set of grips that will blend the edge in with the grips so there is no gap that will rub on my finger.

trty slipping any inner tube over the grip portion. Might not look purdy but it will feel alot better..

Try a houge handall jr if you are talking about the grip
Try looking into a process called "melting" if you are talking about the rest of the gun....it is an extreme buffing that rounds off sharp corners...]\

I think this just might be the ticket.

let sopme very experiended to the melt job, once the metal is off, u can't go backwards. I think the handball grip seems to cover ur issues and no one is messing withh your gun either.t my 21 cents.

You know, when I installed the thicker wood grips, I got a little relief around the trigger guard, mag release and slide lever. Might make a difference for you. Just thinkin' out of the box. They do increase the grip size though...
