Double Feed malfunction CM9 or PM9

Magazine stripping is the primary way to clear this malfunction since tap and rack do not work. However, the magazines on the CM9 and PM9 are so flush that you cannot get a good enough grip to strip this magazine when this malfunction occurs.

Does anyone else find this to be a major problem or concern? Because of this, i started carrying the extended magazine inserted and the flush mag as backup.

if that bothers u then take a dremel and cut what we call mag well cut outs on each side. Sure not sumpin I even worry about anyhow. Getting to paranoid IMO, but if in doubt do whatur doin.

Double feeds are very rare... very.

Its probably better to work for conditions that avoid double feeds - good magazines, properly asselbmed, with good springs and followers.... than to try to build in any plan B, C, or D.

I've never experienced a double feed with either of my Kahr pistols. Darn it, now I've got to go look for some wood to knock on. Damn polymer frame pistols.
