I see where Pearce finally came out with a single stack 45 grip extension (http://www.pearcegrip.com/Products/Springfield%20Armory/PG-XDS). It's made for the XDS. It's only $10.

Has anyone tried one of these on their PM45 magazines to see if it fits?

An XD-S .45 ACP base plate will fit on Kahr .45ACP magazines, but the hole for the locking plate is located differently between the two brands. So in addition to the Pearce extension, you would need an XD-S locking plate. The plate would need a bit of modification as well: there is a tab on the front of it that locks into a cutout in the XD-S magazine tube, this would have to be removed for the plate to fit inside a Kahr magazine tube.

Greg

I know this is an old post but here is a picture of the finished product. I am so proud of it lol. This was the wifes carry pistol for a while but I have commandeered it and replaced it with a much more suitable kimber micro carry .380 for her. Just like the man said, you will need an xds .45 floor plate and a pearce pinky extension for an xds .45. However I did not need to remove any plastic from the floor plate to fit the kahr mag. It just went right in. I purchased an xds .45 magazine from gunbroker then the pinky extension from ebay and was good to go. Yes it was a little costly going this route but worth it to me. Total cost ended up being about $26. Hope this helps someone.

Here it is in my STICKY holster. If your going to conceal carry and be comfortable then I suggest getting yourself a sticky holster. Quick and easy to slide in and out of wasteband. You do however need to have it against the skin to get it to stick correctly. I rarely need to adjust this thing. Im never buying any other holsters for concealment besides sticky or something comparable. I use one for my taurus judge public defender as well as my sp101 snub.

Here it is in the hand. My hands are not the biggest so this thing really needed the extension in my opinion.

If you got to run you got a problem. I dont like thing moving around in that case. Not my type thing but I use them in my fronty pocket or my heavy winter carhartt coat
