I purchased this recently from another forum member here to scratch an itch that I had to try one. The gun performed flawlessly and is in flawless condition. I own a K40 and an MK9 already and though I love the pistol it really didn't add anything to the collection for me. Interestingly enough, there wasn't much difference felt in the recoil of the MK40 vs. the K40. I just prefer the K for my intended use.
The gun chambers everything effortlessly ... no hangups. The member I bought it from told me about 500 rounds without one FTF / FTE etc. I put another 100 with the same results. There is not a scratch on it that I can find and it is cleaned, lubed, and greased ... ready to rock and roll. The pistol was purchased new last fall (6 to 8 months). Standard sights, original grips, and extra wood grips with appropriate screws (smooth wood grips, which I LOVE), extra 6rnd extended magazine along with the standard 5 rnd. Has lock and all papers.
The gun is flawless, but the case is not. It IS an original Kahr case, but the plastic latch is broken and some interior felt is missing (see pictures).
$625 shipped continental US or $600 FTF in Florida
