This doesn't make any sense, why would make such an entry based on owning an AK-47. There's got to be something else here.

There was: drugs. The warrant was based on the belief his son was a drug dealer, and they found coke in the house.

The officials beleived there were drugs and guess what there were. Nothing legitimate to complain about or see here.

Your welcome. As a broad and general rule if their is proof or even reasonable suspicion that a weapon in the target location for a drug warrant "no knock" is almost ALWAYS approved by the judge.
