Anyone know anything about these carbines?
I seen 2 at a local GS and they are friggin cool. Ugly as hell but really cool!

It looks like they are really rare. I can't find much info on them.
Made in Chicago and the mobsters liked to use them. The shop had both priced at around $1k. That's to much for me.
They sure are cool though.

I read it was introduced in 1984.

hey ACasper708 - i know quite about these carbines actually. they've been discontinued. The 1990 edition of Gun Digest featured these weapons. The link in the previous post describes them pretty well.

What was the gun store that was selling them? I'd be interested in contacting that store and purchasing one if they are still available.

That reminds me of a Kel-tec sub-2000 (from a looks point of view.)

the form factor does look a bit like a kel tec sub 2000, but the XC900 doesn't fold. ;)
