Back from its second trip to Kahr. Failure of trigger to reset. First time they "reworked the trigger bar" and it still continues. This time it came back with "reworked chamber". ?????? Anyone have any insight to why the chamber needs to be reworked and what it entails? How is that related to intermittent trigger reset?

They might that the gun had a tight chamber which could keep the gun out of battery which maybe it wouldn't fire and you thinking its not resetting. They fixed what wasn't broken on my mk9 then they took it back and fixed the problem. All you can do is send it back again if you still have a problem. Kahr service has been good to me even if it took more than once. Just a guess I'm not one of the experts on this forum.

Does the trigger reset problem occur after the gun warms up? Or is there not really any pattern?

I find that the smiths prefer to wrench on guns far more than writing about it too. Often times they do little things without mention that make a large difference.
I suspect Kerby is close to the mark in this case.
They will make it right without question. If not this trip, then next. It's sad that it sometimes requires that but they will make it run.
I'd get it out and shooting and then we'll see what's going on and make a plan.

Shoot your pistol first. Maybe its ready to run.
