Hi Forum:
I posted under new member section "Fa-nu-gee from Memphis - CM9"

I'm not going to repeat and bore you w/ the details, but I got the CM9 to
replace a Ruger LC9 and back up my Glock 26 Gen 4.
I'm a fan of compact 9mm pistols and do have a carry permit which I try
and exercise daily. I also reload my own 9mm ammo.
I read all the failure to go bang stuff, had a million questions, but I read
the stickies, dozens of threads, the manual and watched a few video's.
I grasp the situation realistically. I have not had a chance to shoot it
much, but I am going to avail myself of all the advice.
As far as reloads, I reload only RN ammo, copper plated.... I have no
doubt it will feed. I will let you know.
I have UMC Remington JHP 115 Gr. When I first loaded it, I racked it by
hand. The first round jammed between magazine and feed ramp. I since
have educated my self, I hand cycled ammo through the gun. I also gave
it a clean and proper (not over) lubrication.
I do have two questions:
I'm sticking with 6 round MAG... How does the spring go? I have the loop
forward. It seems the end loops are angled differently at each end. Does
the more angled one go at the feed slide end or the end plate side.
How and what do you use to polish the feed ramp? I have a small Dremel
tool with a polishing wheel.
