It has been awhile since I’ve been on, just trying to take care of business . I said to myself was not going to buy another gun for a while. But my grandsons birthday is coming up and he will be a ripe age of thirteen. My son likes shooting also so I saw a RWS34 airgun available thought that would be a good gift to him. I have a RWS36 which I do not think is made anymore, it’s a great gun to learn on you can take a bumble bee out at 10 yards with this easy. I have shot out balloons at a 100 yards with this. I really hope he enjoys this and learns his shooting skills. These things are highly accurate and fun to shoot. I really hope he likes it and learns from shooting it, it’s hard because he lives 1000 miles from me

Nice. The first gun I had was a daisy BB gun at probably 10 years old. I shot thousands of BB's through that in our back yard and have never lost my love for guns and shooting.

But, but, butt, he might shoot himself in the eye!

My chief says that about me all the time, whenever the subject of me and guns or lack thereof come up.

I think your grandson will really dig it a lot.

Nice, I hope he likes it and it sparks a passion for firearms in him! At 10 I had a pelllet gun and probably around 13 my Dad bought me a Stephens Single shot .22 that I shot non stop.

I have to say that these RWS guns are really built good they show there German quality they come in around 8 pounds and the muzzle velocity is 1000fps. They are real sweet shooting pellet gun

No better gift you could give. In a couple years he'll be ready for a 10/22.

When I was six years old my dad made me a cut down single shot bolt action .22 rifle. We shot at targets in the coal bin in our basement using .22 shorts. Back then ear protection was unknown, so we just put cotton in our ears. That's probably why I say huh? a lot today. At any rate I'm sure that your son will love the rifle. If my mother would have let me I'd have slept with my gun. I sleep with one even now. Enjoy.

You did a great thing for your grandson. I hope he has someone less than 1000 miles away to help him with Col. Cooper's rules.
