OK.... So Kokesh was definitely 'stirring the pot' (in the same way MLK might have done), but don't you think the response is wayyyyy over the top?

How about showing up with an arrest warrant and a couple of officers, take him into custody, read him his rights, and stand him before a judge.

This fits well with the thread about the growing police state.
