I am assuming that was a decision out of the 10th Circuit in Denver. If so then the decision is ONLY binding in the 10th Circuit. It is is not automatically applicable anywhere else.

Thanks for the info. The OP link was not very forthcoming with info. You will probably NEVER see guns in the building. In that case it would take a SCOTUS ruling and not a Circuit Judge.

I don't like that decision. I'm going to organize a mass protest. If that doesn't bring the outcome that I'm looking for I'm going to riot, break into stores, loot them and set them on fire. What's that? The judge sided WITH gun owners! Uh, never mind.

I'm not going to join any gun rights group named NAGR. Sounds racist to me. :)

They are running lots of pro gun ads on the radio (Philly) anti-Toomey- turncoat Republican RINO!

I'm declaring an open season on RINOs. Vote them out of office.

I contribute to the NRA with every online purchase that has that option, but I also have contributed to the NAGR. It's uncompromising on our 2nd Amendment rights, while the NRA is more like some of the RINOs... too compromising sometimes!

Look at some of the NRA "highly-rated" "pro-gun" politicians that they have supported and their actions lately.
