from my experience, guns really don't just "go off by themselves" as is commonly believed by the totally uninformed. I wonder what was in the trigger guard that actually made the gun "go off" while he was using it as a crutch. Full auto/select fire and an "unfortunate accident? This guy should probably already have been in prison, or on the root side of the grass.
