THT MIGHT WORK for as u know the smartest thugs liv ein chicago, so a nice formalletter with a $5gift certificateto their neighbort hood 7-11 might just turn that city around.

GeeI wonder what the percentage of blacks over whites and hispanics willbe who gets this love letter.

When I lived in the Chicago area, the number of murders per night reported by the media was staggering. I recall one night the newscaster stated what a good night it had been the night before where only 12 fatalities occurred. Really?

And after I lived within an hour from Jackson, MS for a bit I came to the conclusion that these... "folks"... shooting one another needed proper weapon training. They'd hit one another multiple times but still manage to survive. Or do they need glasses? Maybe Obamcare can help.

Sorry, just venting.

They're hoping the thugs get such bad paper cuts from opening the mail that they can't handle their guns, knives and blunt trauma instruments. Either that or the authorities could be putting Sarin in the envelopes.

ROFLMAO. With the current state of sorry/crappy public education throughout this conutry I bet there a e a lot of folks who cannot read cursive, or read at all.
