Kahr customers service sucks!

Hello everyone I dont do these forums much but got a story to tell everyone I only buy glock a sig now and then or ruger revolvers I have owned several kimbers I think they are an expensive joke ok I drove 50 miles to my gun shop to buy a glock 36 !well he did not have one in stock so he brought out a kahr cw 45 I liked it didn't no anything about this company and I don't care to I bought this little gun and 300 rounds of ammo as I was low on 45s got home went out on my deck I have 500 acres and no neighbors so went to load it and could not get but 3 rounds in it took the mag apart and it had a dent in the mag so there I called the gun shop he did not have an extra mag I called kahr left message they called me back one week later I told him the problem and he said send it back to them my dime they would look it over and see what they could do well I don't need to tell you what I told him as a sale or customer dont mean a thing to kahr I went to Memphis to guns and ammo that was 100 miles I bought 2 mags from them 60.00 for both now the gun shoots perfect I shot the whole 300 and then some no nothing just as fine as a pistol can be but I will tell you this I may have bought more kahr guns but thanks to there very low class customers service a guy called eaon something like that I will never buy anything from kahr but the cw 45 I bought is second to nothing thanks RD

Kahr makes fine guns but I've also heard about issues with their CS, although I've also heard of others that have been quite happy with them. I have a CW9 with about 1000 rounds thru it and have, fortunately, not had to deal with them other than a quickly-responded-to email regarding info on date of manufacture for my CW9.

It sounds like you like the gun. As far as mags, I've ordered all of my extra factory mags (I have 6 additional, if I recall) off of ebay for a good bit cheaper than most online sporting goods stores and Khar.

For almost all of us Kahr customer service has been great. A few months ago I emailed them about a broken follower with a picture. I had an email back in a few hours telling me they were shipping me 2 NC. I like their CS. Sorry you had a bad experience.

ok so the miles you drove have nothing to do with kahr customer service it was your choice to drive all that way or else you had to in order to buy anything at all or maybe you just like to drive dunno but its not part of the real complaint which was the karh magazine and that could have been screwed up with the dent from the dealer or maybe in shipping kahr could have done it too but its more likely to have happened after it left their hands the guy ian is usually really good at stuff let them replace the magazine and then youll have three magazines in total and be all set for a long time as you said the gun shoots just great I gotta tell you that my own experience with kahr customer service was surpurlative and they fixed up my pm45 when the frame rail had a problem in a very short time under two weeks from drop in fedex to back at my place which I considered pretty damn good considering all involved i even wrote to tell 'em that and a big thank you although instead of writing in this style which is a response for an illiterate typical squid troll who cant write their way out of a broken condom i wrote in proper punctuated english

I called kahr 3 times it did no good also you guys that want to talk about my grammar well this ain't no damm English class for you guys that try to help thanks and I do not have to kiss any companys a.. To make them do what's right ill just never buy another kahr!
