I recently traded my CW9 for an essentially unused CW45. I really liked the CW9, I just wanted more punch with a carry gun. I stupidly agreed to the trade before dry-firing the CW45. It's trigger is different, in a bad way, from the CW9. When I pull the trigger slowly, to stage it, there is a perceptible delay at the end of the stroke before the striker falls. It's noticeable. If I pull the trigger quickly, I really don't notice it.
Two things: (1)I've not fired this gun yet and (2)My CW9's trigger was much crisper with a shorter stroke. Any ideas? It's on me cause I stupidly agreed to the trade and THEN dry-fired it, so I'll deal with it. I bet it wont effect function, but it doesn't feel good.
So, any thoughts on that issue and anything else you might want to share on the CW45 would be appreciated. I've become a real fan of this brand in a short time. Thanks.
