After being shot down over North Viet Nam, he escaped , walked to the DMZ tried to signal US Aircraft unsuccessfully, survived US Artillery and then became disoriented and was recaptured and returned to the Hanoi Hilton where he Stayed with John McCain till the end of the war.
Oh He Served in WWII and Korea as well!

Too many folks in this country have no idea what it means to SERVE this country. They prefer the country serve them.
