So I had posted in another thread about OWB Kydex holsters and how I had ordered a left handed OWB from KT. The post office lost it, but found it several hours later and my regular mail man drove it out to me after he got off. I was super excited to finally get it and try it out. BUT..... it was the right handed OWB. I emailed KT and they responded in hours, with the following email;
"I apologize for the mix up and the inconvenience. We will be mailing you the correct holster via Priority tomorrow. We have included in the package with the holster a return envelope for the right handed holster sent in error; as well as a set of our IWB Belt Loops for you for the inconvenience of sending you the wrong holster.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks for choosing KT!"
I have worked as a sales manager and I have had to package orders to be mailed, everyone can make mistakes, and we are all human. I find the KT customer service to be top notch up to this point.
I will follow up when the left handed holster arrives. The quality for the price is excellent and I tried out carrying right handed for a day and it was a very comfortable holster.
I teased my wife that I was going to keep it and just pay for another, so I could buy another Kahr and carry on both hips....... The Two Kahr Kid!
