P380 slide lock

I am having intermittent failures to lock the slide after the last round. I think the follower is missing the slide lock when it happens. The follower barely hits the slide lock. When the problem occurs the slide will not lock back until the magazine is removed and reinserted. The magazine is difficult to remove when the slid fails to lock. I am going to try and add a picture. Will Kahr send me a new slide lock?

they just might. I'd give them a call and maybe send a picture. You might get a new slide lock or a follower.

If that's the only problem that you're having I'm happy for you though.

This was my second range trip. I had numerous failures to return to battery on my first trip. Kahr sent me new recoil springs and they fixed that problem. I had no jams at all on this trip just failure to slide lock on occasion.

Just give them a chance to fix it, it seems like the slide lock lever was milled wrong. My cw9 has been flawless, so don't write it off yet.

I had the same issues with my new P380. Frequent failure to return to battery that was fixed with a new recoil spring. However the new recoil spring had constant failure to lock the slide back on an empty magazine.
I just shipped it back to Kahr today.
