Watch John McCain Talk Up Immigration Reform And Gun Control At Tucson Q&A

August 14, 2013 by Ben Bullard
Senator John “Gang of Eight” McCain (R-Ariz.) took questions from Tucson residents Tuesday at a town hall meeting during this month’s Congressional recess.
Talking up immigration reform (we know where he stands on that), McCain also pledged to support “better” gun control and possible bailouts for homeowners with underwater mortgages. Overall, he sounded a lot more like Chris Christie than a conservative war hero.
Here’s a video synopsis from KGUN-9 in Tucson.

I was sexually assaulted by several Waves when I served in the Navy, but was to ashamed to admit it until I was encourage by Senator McCain. I think that we should cut him some slack on that particular issue. I'd go into detail on just how I was abused, but this is a family website. :)

McCain is an idiot.

For that traitorous scumbag, calling him an idiot is a compliment.

I thought a lot of McCain when he started into politics years ago, now in my opinion, he is no better than the worst of the Democrats. I consider him a traitor to his party who is too coward to declare his loyalty to the left. I've heard all my life about politicians that if you aren't rotten going in you will be coming out. I have to say more so in congress than presidency because of term limits, but the lower houses spend too much time swapping votes until they convince themselves that it doesn't matter.

I used to be critical at how few bills Paul ? (the old guy who is as flexible as a steel beam) has put through but if you take a very hard look I wouldn't be surprised if his voting record isn't as straight arrow, voting only for this that he honestly supports.

I'm proud of you for saying that, OldLincoln. You're a good man.

McCain is my senator I'm sad to say. I would never vote for him again. I doubt if he will ever run again, as he will be in his 80's at the end of this term. What a POS!

I hate to insult a man who spent years as a POW of the North Vietnamese. I'll just say he's long overdue for retirement.

That's a very diplomatic way of putting it. I agree .... very much .... boy, do I ever agree (especially with the latter sentence).
