I may have missed the thread here. My wife heard on the radio that Remington is looking to move their NY operation due to the difficult NY laws. Sounds like Remington may be doing what Kahr is doing. Anyone heard anything? Our terrible governor is destroying business in NYS. :Amflag2:

kudos to Remngton : Tenn would be a good location, mostly a non union state, definitely a gun friendly state. lotsof across the bordery KY rednecks live in them there hills, UIt would be sad for Illion but again Remington has to look after remington and not worry about what they cannot control. SCREW NY; I hope I phrased that correctly

You phrased it perfectly. You go ahead and do it though. I'm afraid NY would give me VD.

NY liberals have to learn some things the hard way. It would be great if Remington allows their workers to move with them. Their 1,200 employees pay a lot of taxes to the state of N.Y.

I couldn't agree with you folks more. Although the State of NY is a beautiful state....nice country, good hunting and fishing, real outdoorsmen, good people.... If you ever get a chance to take a ride through the Adirondack Mountains or visit the Finger Lakes, it is worth the trip. NY is a very beautiful state indeed.
On the other hand, NYC should be it's own state....and the gun laws in NY suck. It is very sad to see the libs and governor in control. The NY gun laws suck. We are sitting on one of the largest, richest natural gas supplies in the country and the governor will not allow it to be explored wisely and safely. He'd rather tax the dog out of the people and see the state a mess. Businesses are closing. People losing jobs. People leaving the state because of the governor.
I could not agree with you folks more.
