View Full Version : Look What Followed Me Home
A buddy called and said he was heading over to the LGS to look around and waste some time. I was just finishing up at the barber shop and had an hour to kill before a lunch date with my wife.
As we perused the pre-owned display case, one pistol in particular seemed to jump out at me and yell "pick me, pick me". I asked to take a look at it and was impressed. I asked how much and was told $479. Less than 15 minutes later I'm on my way to my lunch date, except now my EDC PM9 has a big brother....

I predict you will LOVE the way the K9 shoots. The all-metal Kahrs are just a dream to shoot.

id like another K9 one day...or MK9.
Went to the range today with my son. Me with the K9 and him with his Shield 9. The Shield 9, which was originally owned by me, has Trijicon night sights as well as an Apex Tactical hard sear and ultimate striker block.
I put 100 rounds of 115 grain PMC Bronze FMJ through the K9 without so much as a hiccup. I let my son try it while I shot a couple of magazines through the Shield. Both of us were very surprised at how much better the K9 was all-around versus the Shield.
When we got home from the range he immediately listed the Shield for sale and started looking for a K9. Within a few hours the Shield was spoken for and a new (to him) K9 will take it's place tomorrow.
I wish things worked out that quickly for me.
