Great Kahr Service

Went to clean the CM9 last Friday evening. The nut was missing from the recoil guide. Sent an email to Kahr Friday evening and had a response from Jay Saturday Morning. Received a complete recoil assembly in the mail on Wednesday. That is great service guys. Thanks.

I had a similar experience. I discovered a broken follower in my spare magazine last Thursday evening, so I sent a note to Kahr service. This was at about 10:30 PM, so I figured I might get a response the next day.

I got a note back from Jay at Kahr half an hour later -- that's 11 PM! -- and a replacement follower in the mail the following Monday. Pretty amazing.

With in the first couple of times out with my then new cm9 the same thing happened to me and it flew off. I was lucky to find it hiding under a yucca plant :ohmy: in front of me or I would have had to make the call, too.

I threw some blue loctite on it and it has not budged since.

I have two sisters and no brothers. My parents stopped at 3 children because they read that every 4th child born in the world is chinese. :rolleyes: Not sure what that has to do with this thread. Just sayin'
