Wolff Recoil Guide Rod set # number?

I'm thinking about upgrading the recoil spring set of my MK9 to one of the Wolff offerings. I see that there are 4 different pound ratings, 18, 20, 22, 23. For standard or possible occasional +P loads, does anyone have a particular recommendation on what worked well for them? Obviously 20 lb. is my current rating, and I don't want to get 23 lbs if it means I won't be able to rack the darn thing. :D

I went with the standard weight immediately, from new, and broke the firearm in with that. Worked well for me...............

I got the 20.5 lb springs and rod set and they look just dandy on my MK9. Thanks!
