I got a new Sig Sauer and there are so many different kinds of holsters to choose from like leather, kydex, or even remora/sticky holsters. Any suggestions?

Depend on the size of the handgun, I recommend the Remora. I carry the Remora with my Sig Sauer P238, P230 and my S&W Mod 36. The grippy holster simply works.

How do you plan to carry. IWB, OWB, pocket.
Which model Sig?

+1 on that. Needs to decide how he plans to carry. He did mention Remora in the original thread question, which suggests thinking about IWB. Yep, for IWB that's a good place to start because it is inexpensive with a life time warranty. Comfortable and simple to use with no clips. Put it in the waist any place you want it. If you don't like it (which you will like it) or decide to try something else down the road, you have not invested much money on the Remora.

My suggestion is get the type you like best...I know doesn't help, but only YOU can decide if you like leather vs kydex vs hybrid vs "sticky" vs a neoprene based (N82 holster)
