I wonder how much it will cost the city for a new boat and pain and suffereing and if the leo is now reading meters .

The wake would have been bad enough, but that's atrocious behavior around docked boats. "Yahoo! Let's impress the civilians with our unconcern for safe boating practices!"

People can die from 3,000+ pound boats being tossed about by wakes, let alone collisions!
