WPA Military Classic, made in Russia.
Should this not be used in a Kahr P380?

I wouldn't. My rule of thumb: Commie ammo for Commie guns ONLY.

As steel cased ammo goes, this is considered pretty good stuff.
But, steel cased ammo works best in pistols with looser chambers and very robust extractors designed to handle the sometimes more difficult extraction of steel ammo.
By contrast, your Kahr has a tight chamber and an elegant, but small extractor. There is a real risk that it will not perform well in a Kahr.
On the other hand, if you just want to experiment, go for it. ;)

It's bad if it won't work in your gun. Did you try it?

I don't/won't use it in ANY of my firearms.......................
It is Wolf ammo and is better than Tula but I would not use it in a Kahr.
Would you put regular gas in your Ferrari and expect the same performance as premium?

I have shot a lot of Tula and other steel case in my Sigs and HK's with no issues.
YMMV

I shot a couple of boxes through my 380 when I couldn't get anything else. No problems except the gun seemed to be a lot dirtier than usual afterwards.
