I picked up a cw9 at my lgs fit my hand like it was made for me, and had to have it ,My first Kahr . Cleaned it and lubed it up put 50 American eagle 124 fmj thru it at ten yards and wow awesome lil hand gun , accurate as heck . Goin to put a few more boxes thru it and get use to the trigger . id like to put a set of tridjicons on it and pack it daily if it keeps up the good work.

I too recently bought a CW9. After following the new-pistol prep tips (http://kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1521) I put 200 FMJ's and 50 JHP's through without a hiccup.

The tips in that thread, I firmly believe, helped smooth out the CW9 without firing a single shot, and therefore, significantly sped up the break-in process. I wish I had that thread 10 years ago when I had an unreliable out-of-the-box PM9.

Ya I followed the new kahr prep and it's worked great , now I want a cw40 and cw45 and a p380 in black, LoL . Never shot a 40 and every one says thay are snappy? But every time I go ammo lookin I find lots of 40 and that's about it, so I guess I'll have to try a 40 next.

Welcome to the forum. You are right, the CW9 is one very nice pistol.

Word of advice: If you decide you want a CM9, don't trade the CW9 for it. Just buy the CM9. I traded and now wish I still had both :(
