Not according to local law enforcement.

The media will probably play it that she's on life support, pistol whipped with his new Kel Tec and not expected to live.

Poor bastard. He might have to seek asylum some place. Pakistan maybe.

Poor Guy, I guess the meeting had to do with them dividing up there property, which I'm sure can be tense!
Zimmerman should wear a wire when ever he's around his soon to be X. The incident the other night was, Her and Her Dad's word against His......not a good situation.

Typical lying soon to be ex-wife. There is NOTHING in this world more prone to be a liar than a disgruntled split-tale.

If I was him, I would divorce that .........., and move to another state several hundred miles away. I couldn't deal with it.

Come on Zimm, get over it. If she wants a divorce let her go and be glad she's gone.

I thought I heard that she was moving her stuff out and was suppose to be gone. He came home and she was still there which is what initiated the argument.

I agree distance would be his friend.

One of my ex's gave false testimony in court about my income during the divorce.
I complained to my lawyer.
But he stated that lying was expected in divorce cases.
And there would be no repercussions.

Isn't that nice?

Local police did say no firearm found, in spite of what she claimed when she called 911.

Here in OK if you lie in divorce court the judges land on the liar like a ton of bricks male or female it don't matter.

She had the balls to bald face lie to the judge in his bond hearing. What do we think she'd do in an everyday situation.

He's had a real bad ride. Needs to move to Wyoming or somewhere that he can drive fast and be along.

That's good to hear.
This was Oregon in the 80's.
No fault divorce (before, during or after) - NEXT.
