Last month I put a deposit down on one at my LGS and they said it would probably be a month before I see it. Looks like ill be waiting another month maybe more.... Kahr did say it will be release late fall this year but no official date yet.

My guess is before new town they had room in the production schedule. As soon as that hit they've been busy handling the backlog from the best salesman in the history of firearms.

Patience is a virtue. All good things come to those who wait, but don't hold your breath. :)

I was in Bud's a couple of monts ago and Kahr had a table set up. The representative looked me squarely in the eye and swore it would be out by the "end of the year". We'll see. Mine's been on order since November.

Back in 2009 when the first P380's had just come out, I ordered and paid for a P380 with night sights. I got a good price but it took ELEVEN months for it to arrive. I did inquire about the Black model when it was announced... while still waiting... but was told that would have added another 6 months!
Kahr kept pushing back the release dates. I wouldn't be in a BIG hurry... and I'm not fond of being the first to get a new product... and being a product tester.

My guy didn't have a definite price but thought it would be well under $400...perhaps around $350. I won't hold him to it and he'll let me out if I want, but I am at the head of the line if I wish to be.

well figure the percentage difference in msrp of the cm9 and pm9 and u should be ableto be damn close using the P380 as ur base. someone smarterthan I should be ableto giv eu a very close msrp estimate, what a dealerr does after that is his choice. thebigt discounters will bring the price down fat. Gander Mt. willcontinue to stick it in a consumers ass with high prices..

Sounds about right, MSRP is $419. I'm really struggling with the temptation to buy the p380 because I despise waiting. On the other hand, I can't justify spending the extra $250 for the P series. $250 can buy a decent quantity of 380 ammo.

If you hold true to form you'll spend far more on ammo than you did for the gun.

Prices will be high due to demand, but I would think that discount prices would be in the $300 range. look at the "C" models. I see all of them for about $349.99 from Shooters, but go over to Gander and they have them "on sale" for $499 or 5-something! And it's the same at the shows... prices for used ones over $500, while dealers are selling them for $350 to $450.
The CW380's will be competitive and a much better buy and better gun than the competition. I love my P380 and wear it all day long at home and sometimes away from home. See my avatar!

I've had one on order since April - the guy told me it could be 6 weeks or 6 months. Getting a bit tired of waiting.
Just purchased another .380 due to being tired of waiting and wanting to have something in my pocket.
Definitely didn't want to pay $600 for the "P" series.
Just saw a P40 with a safety and chamber round indicator... (my older model didn't have these).
Wouldn't it be nice to see these little clones of the bigger boys come out with the same additions?
Some don't like a safety on their carrys but being somewhat of a clutz, I feel a bit better if they do.

I'm near that point of order retraction.
If these little beauties came with the safety and chamber round indicator, I doubt I could resist.

I am getting tired of "making the rounds" looking for this thing!

guncompanies use to make a new firearm , test the hell out of it then intro it to the public. Now its the other way around and we get to trouble shot there firearms for them. Good luck if and when you get yours, I'll pass up on them for some time.

What you just said isn't true of all manufacturers. I'd love to have the R&D money that Kahr Arms has spent on its products.
