I know, I know, it's best to take her out and let her choose her own weapon but she just hasn't gotten around to it. So I figured I'd get her her own and see if that motivates her...to start shooting that is. ;)

Ruger Single Six 22lr/22mag convertible. She should have a lot of fun with it and it certainly helps that it's pretty.

Lemme know what you think. Thanks!

Well... it's certainly a pretty one... but will it fit in her purse?

Baby steps Wynn, baby steps. Gotta get her shooting first then we'll worry about an SD weapon. Thanks! :)

Well, good luck! Getting her to start shooting is the first step. Hopefully she'll like the pistol... it's a beauty!

It's perfect. It's pretty and it's fun. I have the blued version. First new gun I ever bought. Used it for my kids and wife's first experience.
I see ya got the magnum cylinder so you can upgrade a bit with the same gun and the 22 mag is pretty serious medicine too.

I think done real good.

Beautiful! Everyone needs a 22 revolver! My wife loves hers. http://home.mindspring.com/~justsomeguy/thumbsup.gif

At our local club shooting range, she often shares it with new shooters who are amazed at her shooting and then pleased at how well they can shoot it too.

Giving stuff to the mrs is a win-win. I get to feel generous but I can still shoot 'em. Just gotta ask first but I should be used to that by now... Just sayin'.
