That's the never ending racial issue he suffers from on the inside.
There's 2 personalities in that talking Head... The Black Dude and the White Guy.There is a never ending conflict as to who he likes vs who he hates....

I don't think there is any conflict, he hates whites and only uses them when it suits his purpose. And his purpose is the downfall of America and whites in particular.
