Hello,

I just picked up a lightly used CM9.
On both sides of the slide, there is a VERY slight depression that runs from front to back, the width of the "KAHR" "CM9" lettering.
It's more apparent under the right light.

Not a big deal obviously and it won't effect performance, just wondering if
anyone else has this "blemish" on their CM9?

Thanks.

There is no depression on the slide of my CM9. Blemished Kahr pistols are marked with the letter B on the trigger guard. I doubt that this cosmetic blemish will effect accuracy or reliability.

I had a little time so I cleaned it up.
I disassembled the slide, extractor, striker etc. and then lightly block sanded both sides of the slide with 800 wet/ dry.
Then I glass beaded the slide at 80 PSI.
It looks absolutely perfect.

Any before and after pics? You can email them and I'll post them for you. We like pictures around these parts. ;)

I don't think the "blemish" would have shown up in a picture.
