A perfect illustration as to why Obama resides in the White House and the democrats control the senate. An uninformed public.

uninformed? Is that really how you would summarize that?

It seems people like what's in the law, they just don't like the name.

A few months ago I was at a Mall for the first time in a Long time. My wife and daughter were shopping for clothes, and I was left to amuse myself, so I walked around and just people watched for a while.

What struck me almost immediately was how different everyone else was from what I would consider somewhat normal. My thought was " there are an awful lot of people here and very few like myself " . I began to realize how much in the minority I had become.

How did this happen so quickly? This is a vastly different world from even 10 - 15 years ago.

An even more unsettling question is " how can this society survive much longer ? "

The law has a few nice features that anybody would like and needed to be addressed , except to an accountant. It's the rest of it that sucks.

When ever the senior citizens (& baby boomers) realize how Obama gutted Medicare to pay for his socialized health insurance, some of them might just have enough brains left to see how Obamacare has thoroughly screwed them

Remember - think how ignorant & dumb the average person is, and that half the population is dumber.

That's why we are in this "pickle" - and it's a dill...at that.

Also, it is directly responsible for millions of former full time jobs being reduced to part time employment - with no benefits. 3/4 of all the new jobs Obama brags about "creating" are part-time work.

Another term that is used is low information voter. I try to avoid word such as idiot or moron, but they too, may apply

The government could have offered totally free healthcare to the uninsured at a tremendous savings to the taxpayers and without adding 4,000 IRS agents to oversee the process. There isn't anything in the bill that couldn't have been handled better the private sector. When Obamacare is in place, only one thing is guaranteed. You will get an anal exam from the IRS.

My curiosity is piqued Muggs. Please explain "free" to me. Usually when I hear that word, I cannot afford whatever it is. I like hearing your views and opinions.

The current system was basically offering free health care already. I know of no emergency rooms that turn people away. Am I mistaken?

We pay for the uninsured/under-insured in one way or another. All obummercare does it make it more expensive and saddle our already-struggling job creators with extra regulations and uncertainty.

I guess this is my way of saying "I agree" muggs. You watching the Tribe game?

As soon as you offer free stuff to the needy, suddenly everyone is needy. Why buy it if you can get it free?

The law was clearly not intended to make anything better in health care. They're not stupid, those who wrote it. They knew exactly what the consequences would be.
