Lying down naked, put a dollop of peanut butter between the cheeks of your ass and use the ruler and a stop watch to measure time and distance and how quickly and effectively your s/o or dog finds it and licks it all off. If under twenty seconds for dog or under an hour and a half for a spouse or such, you do not have early onset Alzheimer's.
