In line with the rear right rib on the inside of the magazine well is a wire pin that wraps around the trigger bar. The pin on my CW45 sticks out beyond the height of the magazine rib and I can see where it is rubbing on the magazine. My PM9 has this same wire pin around the trigger bar but it does not stick out as far as the rib on the inside of the frame, it is recessed.
For those that have a CW45, does that pin stick out (up) or is it more recessed and not rubbing on the mag?
My magazine will shoot out of the frame if the slide is forward but it will not fall out when the slide is locked back and I can see where it is pressing against this pin.
Sorry no pics; i can't get a good pic in focus - the part is small and inside the frame. Thanks for checking.

That "pin" is the end of the trigger bar spring (http://www.kahr.com/Pistol-Parts/Kahr-014CW45-Trigger-Bar-Spring.asp). It sits just about flush or a little below the rib in the frame on my CW45. I posted a photo a little while back that shows this (it's maybe not clear enough in the photo, but I just visually verified again that the end of the spring sits as I mentioned above):

Thanks Greg. That's exactly what I am talking about and on my PM9 it is flush or recessed below that rib but on my CW45 it is prominent. I still need to test the magazine follower fix you all identified as a possible cause of my nose dives so I can let Kahr know the full picture before I contact them.
