So let me tell you a little bit about this gun. I picked it up new for $650 from a local dealer. When I took it out to break it in it broke the followers on the two stock mags. While I was waiting for my gun to come back from Kahr I picked up a PM45. I sent it into Kahr and they cut the ramp down and polished it up. When I got it back it was still breaking followers and still had FTF with certain types of plinker ammo. I sent it back and they sent it back to me saying it was fine. So following the advice on this forum I worked down the ramp a bit more and it stopped breaking followers. I then worked in the breech just a tad bit and it stopped FTFs as well. However the Dremel jumped while I was working on it and left a tool mark on the outside of the breech. I tried to polish it out but I am just not a good polish man. So the breech has some polishing marks on it but someone who is better with a dremel could smooth it out. With all of that being said as this weapon currently stands this is the bottom line.
I put 100 rounds of various hollow points through this PM40 with zero malfunctions. So I am comfortable with this as a carry gun and have carried it on several occasions. I am only selling it because as an old Marine I just love me some .45 plus I am funding an RC project for my 13 year old. :)
The last range trip I put 100 rounds of various plinker stuff through it and only had 2 FTF one had a bent case and the other was a FTF due to being cheap plinker ammo.
I also upgraded to the wolf 20lb spring.
The weapon comes with the following
1. Crimson Trace
2. Night Sites
3. Pocket Holster
4. Stock and Upgraded Springs
5. Two spare mags.
All and all I am in to this gun for about 1k but I am only asking $650 (includes shipping to lower 48 and FFL fee). I figure that is $200 off for being used and another $150 for me leaving a tool mark on the breech. :)
I am located in NH and will accept a discrete paypal +3%, Check, or Money order. If sending e-check or personal check please wait for the funds to clear. I will only ship FFL to FFL or if you are local meet you at a FFL of your choice.
