Hey y'all from Burlington N.C. I have visited the forum frequently over the past couple of years when I started thinking of purchasing a Kahr. Bought a CW45 about a year and a half ago. Liked it so much I bought a CM9 a couple of months back. Both have been flawless so far (knock on wood). The cm9 takes turns with my G26 as my everyday CCW. Finally decided to join up so I could toss in my .02 every now and then. I am a lifelong shooter and hunter and own way more firearms than my wife knows about. She asked me one time "how many guns do you have?" - my response "just exactly what can you do with that information"! Keep sharing the knowledge guys - it is appreciated

Welcome to the forum! I'm not a collector and divest myself of guns that I don't use from time to time. I definitely have too many to shoot regularly, but I love my Kahrs for carry. They aren't battle pistols, but then I have plenty of those now and am trying to pare down the herd.

Wynn, You don't happen to have a Makarov do you? If you're truly trying to pare down your collection, and you have one you want to give to a good home, I'd be willing to take one in.

Oh, I almost forgot ... welcome to the forum, Glockrocker.

Concord? There was a big battle there wasn't there, is that that Concord?

Shot heard round the world or some such thing, do I have my history all stirred up?

That Concord was not in NC, that one was more up in my direction. The NC Concord was where the supersonic jet was built ... or do I have my geography all stirred up?

You guys are totally messed up. Concord is where they grow the grapes for wine. I just polished off the finest bottle of concord that I ever drank. The shot heard round the world took place in my back yard. It was a bad reload that I attribute to the concord. Never drink to get loaded, or something like that. BTW Welcome aboard GLOCKROCKER. Y'all come back now, ya hear? (That was my best attempt at a southern drawl.) :)
